Peloton trainer Emma Lovewell has welcomed a baby girl and shared the news via Instagram.

“Baby girl Skylar is finally born, healthy and on time, at 42 weeks and 4 days,” she shared, along with a red-faced smiley emoji. This may have been a joking reference to her passing the 41-week mark, which is the date most people give birth. In fact, less than 6% of babies are born at 42 weeks or later.

Lovewell continued, “We love her so much and can’t believe we created a human!? It makes my heart sing every day. Currently, I’m grateful, exhausted, and excited for this new chapter in my life.”

This is her first child with fiancé Dave Clark. The couple, who got engaged in 2023, held hands with their newborn child in photos posted on Instagram.
