Jessica Biel’s eldest son looks like he was playing ball with his mom at the U.S. Open!

The 42-year-old actress and her 9-year-old son Silas were spotted enjoying a tennis-filled day at the 2024 U.S. Open on Thursday, August 29. In rare photos, mother and son can be seen analyzing a tennis match in the stands and walking hand in hand across the court.

The mother-of-two looked chic in a beige pantsuit, white silk crop top, beige shoes and, of course, a tennis necklace. The 9-year-old wore a green and blue striped Ralph Lauren polo shirt, khaki pants and blue Adidas sneakers.

Bill and husband Justin Timberlake have son Silas and 4-year-old son Phineas.

Back in May, the boy’s mom took part in a children’s interview with People magazine ahead of the debut of her children’s book, A children’s book about menstruationshe revealed her favorite part about being a mother to Silas and Phineas.

“Hi, Miss Jessica! My name is Kai and I am 5 years old.” The little boy asked Bill in the video.

“Oh my gosh, Kay! You’re so cute. I have a 9-year-old son and a 3-year-old son. The best thing about being a mom of boys is playing,” Bill responded.

“I think playing with my boys is the most fun. Wrestling, playing Lego, building Lego, swimming, playing sports, reading together,” she said. “I love being with them, I love getting dirty on the floor with them and having fun. Not having to worry about getting dirty or anything like that. I love being a boy mom.”

That same month, Biel revealed that she had begun discussing puberty issues with Silas as a guest. Let’s Chat on Camera with Kelly Ripa on SiriusXM.

“We’ve talked about it a lot,” Bill said. “As parents, we all build up this idea in our brains of how our kids are going to react, and I do feel like we don’t give them enough trust to be able to understand it and absorb it and move on.”

She continued, “We talked a lot about how much his body was changing and what he was going through. He was going through growing pains. He was having a hard time sleeping. He would wake up in the middle of the night. His leg was hurting. His back was injured.

Biel added that her son had grown from a little guy to an almost adolescent kid, and she and Timberlake noticed Silas looked a little different.

“He’s growing. It’s amazing, so we talk a lot. We talk about deodorant. We talk about the hormones in our bodies and why we smell different, so we’re very involved and we’re in the midst of all the big stuff, I think.” The edge of conversation.
