Kylie Jenner revives ‘King Kylie’ with blue hair

King Kelly is back!

Kylie Jenner stepped out at Los Angeles hotspot Sushi Park on Sept. 4 with bright blue hair—all we could see was King Kylie’s return.

Jenner, 27, showed off the bold hue in a solo shot, with blue strands peeking out from under a hat. She also wore a white tank top and dark pants for the casual night out.

Years ago, youngest Jenner’s “Kylie King” was all about her bold hair changes and her self-expression. In fact, she just revisited King Kylie earlier this year when she chose to dye her hair bubblegum pink, which was also a throwback to a bygone era.

At the time, her casually tousled Barbie curls paired with her rosy cheeks and rosy lipstick created the ultimate monochromatic beauty moment.

She captioned the photo, “Hiiiiii please remember me,” referring to her past millennial pink hairstyles, which included metallic bangs and layers at New York Fashion Week in 2016, a rose gold mane in 2017, As well as the latest trendy pastels from 2020.

Whether this new blue style is here to stay remains to be seen. Jenner sported blue hair in early 2019, although it was much cooler than this vibrant color. She showed off the icy blues of winter on Instagram.

She showed off a number of photos with the color, including blow-ups and several selfies, and teased whether it was a wig or real hair dye — but fans are adamant about how much Jenner loves to actually change her hair. The Kylie Cosmetics founder really took the plunge and dyed her hair for real.
