Victoria Beckham always has fashion on her mind – or maybe she always wants to get her husband David Beckham naked!
The 49-year-old football legend took to Instagram on Saturday, August 24, to post a photo of himself lifting weights.
The snap shows David shirtless, wearing a pair of light blue shorts and a bright orange top pinned to his belt. The retired athlete, who also wore bright orange sneakers and black socks, explained in the post’s caption that his 50-year-old fashion designer wife told him his outfit was a fashion faux pas.
“My wife said my orange tank top was [too] It was too bright so I took it off 🤔🧡🧡,” he wrote. “One look at my tracksuit @victoriabeckham and you know you really love it 🧡🧡.

He also included a note to his coach, Bobby Rich. “Really 🧡🧡sorry @mrbobbyrich, this wasn’t my best, it was set 6 🤬,” David wrote.
Former Spice Girl Victoria continued the fitness-fashion joke in the comments section, writing: “Watch and match 🤣chic!😂”.
David and Victoria have been married for 25 years – they celebrated the landmark anniversary on July 4 – and have kept the spark alive by playfully taking shots at each other in social media posts.
While on vacation in Italy in early August, David joked on his Instagram Stories about the downsides of marrying a fashion designer.
“Infuriatingly elegant,” he wrote on a photo of Victoria wearing a chic black sundress and wide-brimmed hat while reading.

“I mean,” David wrote on another photo of her, in which she wore a black swimsuit with cutouts on the side and included a smiley face emoji with her tongue sticking out.
The couple’s four children — sons Brooklyn, 25, Romeo, 21, and Cruz, 19, and daughter Harper, 13 — sometimes get in on the social media fun. Romeo and Harper recently pranked Victoria with their dad on the “Just Give Me My Money” trend.
