Sonic’s new Halloween-themed snowmobile is here, full of autumn flavor

In just a few weeks, your whole family will be delighted with all the Halloween candy you packed in while trick-or-treating. But one of the best parts of getting ready for a sweet high is trying all the Halloween-themed foods and drinks that come out this time of year. So add this product to your list today: Sonic’s new Witch’s Brew Slurry Float.

If caramel apple is one of your go-to treats each fall, you’re in luck—this “enchanting” addition to Sonic’s Flavorista Favourista premium beverage line breathes new life into a classic flavor combination. The Witch’s Brew Slushie Float pairs the tartness of green apple-flavored slushie with salted caramel pop bubbles, topped with creamy soft-serve ice cream and finished with more salted caramel pop bubbles for an extra fall flavor.

“Witch’s Brew is our twist on caramel apple and stands out for its unique blend of seasonal flavors and textures,” Mackenzie Gibson, Sonic’s vice president of culinary and menu innovation, said in a press release. A hauntingly good creation that not only captures the essence of Halloween, but also delivers a truly unique and deliciously fun experience. Witch Ale is sure to become a seasonal favorite.

The seasonal drink starts at $3.99 for a medium, and Sonic app users can get early access starting Wednesday. The game will be available at Sonic stores nationwide on September 30 and will be available until November 3, while supplies last. Please keep in mind that the Flavorista Favorites Collection is not eligible for any time happy hour or drive-in theater happy hour in the app.

Those who play Sonic regularly may remember the two “Trick or Treat Blasts” drinks launched last Halloween – vanilla or chocolate soft drinks mixed with favorites M&M’s Minis candies, Heath Toffee bars, and Snickers bars. . (FWIW, you can still add remixes to Sonic’s year-round blasts, culminating with last year’s Halloween blast.)

Still worth noting? Sonic donates a portion of all beverage, Slush, Blast and shake sales to support public education through the Sonic Limeades for Learning program. Since 2009, Sonic has donated more than $28 million to fund local classrooms, making it one of the largest programs supporting public education in the United States.

Of course, Sonic isn’t the only food and drink vendor leaning into fall vibes and seasonal spooks. In addition to PSL’s annual return, Starbucks also announced the launch of a new Iced Apple Crisp non-dairy cream tea as part of its fall 2024 menu.

If the rumors are true, the Burger King x Addams Family collaboration will be hitting the BK menu on October 10, including the Whopper Wednesday (with a purple bun!), Gomez’s Churro Fries, Morticia’s Kooky Chocolate Shake, and Thing’s Rings & More Something (onion rings, but in a special carton).
